Your Home in
Ubud, Bali
Private eco-cabins, organic meals, a bamboo shala, and a swimming pool - all nestled in the jungle hills of Ubud. Everything you need to go deep.
A Jungle Sanctuary
in the Heart of Ubud
Tucked into the terraced hillsides of Ubud, our retreat compound is surrounded by towering bamboo groves, fragrant frangipani, and the soft sound of a nearby river. Arriving here, your nervous system exhales. This is not a hotel - it is a living sanctuary, designed for the kind of rest and enquiry that deep training demands.
Private eco-cabins are scattered across the garden compound, each one opening onto lush greenery. The air is cool in the mornings, the birds are loud at dawn, and the pace of life slows to something ancient and unhurried. Students who stay on-site consistently describe the immersion as deeper - waking into practice, walking between sessions, sharing meals under the open sky.
Accommodation can be bundled with your tuition or arranged independently - but our advice is simple: if you can stay, stay. The experience of living the training from morning to night, in this environment, is something no day-visitor can replicate.

Food & Meals
We believe that what you eat shapes your practice. Food at the retreat is fresh, intentional, and rooted in Balinese tradition.
Breakfast
A nourishing communal breakfast is served every morning from 7:00am to 8:30am in the open garden dining area. We rotate a daily menu built around fresh local produce, sourced from Ubud's organic markets.
- Fresh seasonal fruit platters and smoothie bowls
- Balinese black rice porridge (bubur injin)
- Avocado toast on sourdough with local toppings
- Freshly brewed Balinese coffee and herbal teas
- Coconut water and cold-pressed juices
- Gluten-free and vegan options every morning
Group Community Lunches
On two days per week a shared group lunch is organised as a community experience - usually on mid-training rest days. These are included for residential students.
Lunch & Dinner
Ubud has one of the most vibrant food scenes in Asia. Within a 5-minute walk of the compound you will find excellent warungs (local family restaurants) serving fresh Balinese nasi campur, tempeh, and grilled fish from as little as $2-3 USD. Health cafes and vegan restaurants are abundant.
Dietary Requirements
Vegetarian and vegan options are available at every meal. Ubud's food culture is naturally plant-forward. Please note any dietary requirements - allergies, intolerances, or preferences - on your application form and we will accommodate wherever possible.
