Our 50-Hour curriculum is designed to introduce the foundational pillars of Yin Yoga. Each module bridges practice with theory to build an authentic understanding of stillness.
You will study poses functional boundaries, practice cueing, and gain professional insight to confidently build safe classes.
Learn the core 15 primary Yin poses. Understand target areas, safe alignment, and how to adapt shapes for different skeletons.
