Estimated Total Budget Guide
For a 25-day 200H training in Ubud, most students budget approximately $3,500-$4,500 USD all-in - including international flights, accommodation, food, visa, and personal expenses. For the 11-day 100H or Online programs, most students budget $800-$1,200 USD all-in.
Payment Options
We offer flexible ways to secure your place. All prices are displayed in USD.
Full Payment
Pay the full tuition fee upfront and secure your place with no further payments due. Best option for early planners.
Deposit + Balance
Reserve your spot with a $500 USD non-refundable deposit. The remaining balance is due 30 days before your course start date.
Payment Plan
Split your tuition into 3 monthly installments. Available on request - contact us directly to arrange before booking.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
We understand that plans change. Here is a clear summary of our policy so you can book with confidence.

Full refund minus the deposit
30-60 days before start
50% refund of tuition (deposit is non-refundable)
Less than 30 days before start
No refund. Credit may be transferred to a future cohort at our discretion.
Yoga Horizon bali cancels a cohort
Full refund of all payments made, with no penalty to the student.
We Strongly Recommend Travel Insurance
We recommend purchasing travel insurance with cancellation cover before booking your training. This protects your investment in the event of unexpected illness, family emergencies, or flight disruptions. Popular providers include World Nomads, SafetyWing, and your local bank's travel cover.
Travel insurance is mandatory for the duration of the in-person training

Early Bird Discount
Book at least 60 days before your chosen start date to secure our Early Bird rate. The deadline for each cohort is shown on the dates table above.

Returning Student Discount
Graduates of any Yoga Horizon bali program receive 15% off all future enrolments. This applies to any course - online or in Bali.
For Yoga Horizon bali graduates only
Referral Credit
Refer a friend who enrols in any of our programs and receive $100 USD as a credit toward your next program or as a cash credit via your payment method.
